长江干线液化天然气接收转运站选址影响因素分析

A Qualitative Analysis on the Impact Factors for the Siting of LNG Terminal in Yangtze River

近年来,越来越多的国内能源企业响应国家"气化长江"号召,在长江干线选址建设LNG接收转运站,以促进长江经济带清洁能源的发展。当前,国内外均建立LNG接收站选址的相关规范体系,LNG接收站项目的站址选择缺乏理论指导。本文考虑长江干线LNG接收站选址的特点,结合沿海LNG接收站选址的经验,定性分析归纳了长江干线LNG接收站选址的主要影响因素,可以作为各能源企业在长江干线选址建设LNG接收站的参考。

In recent years,many energy companies are siting LNG receiving terminal along Yangtze River to response to the state’s call of gasification of the Yangtze River through the utilization of green energy.The siting of LNG terminal is lack of related theory for guideline because the codes and stands for LNG terminal siting have not been established whether in China or overseas.The characteristic of the LNG terminal siting in Yangtze river has been combined with the experience summarized during the siting of coastal LNG terminals in this paper,the main impact factors for the siting of LNG terminal in Yangtze river are concluded with qualitative analysis,and the impact factors will be a guideline for the siting of LNG terminal in Yangtze river.
