摘要
调查东江湖水域兽药抗生素污染情况,评价生态风险,为安全用水提供依据。运用UPLC-MS-MS技术,对东江湖水域中3大类42种抗生素的污染水平和污染特征展开调查。研究结果表明共检出3大类10种兽药抗生素,其中环丙沙星检出率高达13.8%,检出浓度在0.053~0.287μg·L^(-1)。抗生素的季节和区域差异明显,与水产的过量需求和养殖有关。同时抗生素污染喹诺酮类>磺胺类>四环素类。环丙沙星和氧氟沙星有较高的生态风险,磺胺甲恶唑和恩氟沙星则处于中等风险水平。东江湖抗生素污染和风险都已存在,应加强措施控制排放保障用水安全。
The contamination of veterinary antibiotics in Dongjiang Lake waters was investigated and the ecological risk was evaluated in order to provide a basis for safe water use.Using the UPLC-MS-MS technique,the pollution levels and characteristics of 42 antibiotics of 3 major classes in Dongjiang Lake waters were investigated.The results showed that 10 kinds of veterinary drugs of 3 classes were detected.Among them,the detection rate of the ciprofloxacin was 13.8%and the detection concentration was 0.053~0.287μg·L^(-1).The seasonal and regional differences of antibiotics were obvious,which were related to the excessive demand and cultivation of aquatic products.Meantime,the order of antibiotic contamination was as follows:quinolones>sulfonamides>tetracyclines.Ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin were at high ecological risk,while sulfamethoxazole and enfloxacin were at medium risk.Dongjiang Lake was at risk of antibiotic contamination so that measures should be strengthened to control discharge in order to ensure safe water use.
