摘要
目的建立陈皮降气颗粒中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量测定法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Inertsil ODS-SP柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(18∶82)为流动相,检测波长为284 nm,流速为1 ml·min-1,柱温30℃。结果柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的进样浓度分别在5.87~117.4、3.48~69.6、9.024~180.48μg·ml-1范围内,与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率分别为99.80%(RSD=0.76%)、99.16%(RSD=0.63%)、100.01%(RSD=0.71%)。结论该方法稳定、简便、重复性好,可用于陈皮降气颗粒中橙皮苷、新橙皮苷和柚皮苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish the method for the simultaneous determination of Naringin,Hesperidin and Neohesperidin in Pericarpium citri reticulatae depressing qi soup.Methods HPLC method was used.Inertsil ODS-SP column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(18:82)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1 under a detection wavelength at 284 nm.The column temperature was 30℃.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 5.87~117.4、3.48~69.6、9.024~180.48μg·ml-1 for naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin,respectively.The average recovery was 99.80%(RSD=0.76%)、99.16%(RSD=0.63%)、100.01%(RSD=0.71%)for naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin,respectively.Conclusion The method is accurate,reproducible,simple and can be used for the quality control of Pericarpium citri reticulatae depressing qi soup.
