耳尖放血联合多形式心理护理对哮喘患儿康复的影响

Effect of ear tip bloodletting combined with multi form psychological nursing on rehabilitation of children with asthma

目的探讨耳尖放血与多形式心理护理对哮喘患儿康复效果的影响。方法将2018年9月~2020年4月福建省福州儿童医院儿科治疗的哮喘患儿120例分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗及护理干预,实验组在对照组的基础上联合应用耳尖放血及多形式心理护理。观察比较两组患儿的临床疗效、干预前后肺功能指标变化以及临床症状缓解时间。结果两组患儿的临床疗效比较,实验组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿的FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患儿各项肺功能指标均优于干预前(均P<0.05),且两组患儿各指标比较均有显著差异性(均P<0.05)。两组患儿的咳嗽、胸闷等临床症状缓解时间比较,实验组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳尖放血与多形式心理护理对改善哮喘患儿的肺功能及促进症状缓解具有积极作用,临床应用价值高。

Objective To analyze the effect of ear tip bloodletting and various forms of psychological nursing on the rehabilitation of children with asthma.Methods The 120 children with asthma who were treated from September 2018 to April 2020 were divided into two groups,and the children in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine and conventional nursing intervention.The children in the experimental group were combined on the basis of the treatment and nursing of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function and clinical symptom relief time of the two groups of children before and after intervention were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in FEV 1,PEF,FEV 1/FVC and other lung function indexes between groups(P>0.05for each).After intervention,all lung function indexes of children were better than those before intervention,and there were significant difference between groups before and after intervention(P<0.05 for each).The difference was significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ear tip bloodletting and various forms of psychological nursing in children with asthma can play a positive role in improving their lung function and promoting the remission of clinical symptoms,with high clinical application value.
