一种基于邻苯二胺双希夫碱凝胶因子的合成及性能研究

摘要 新型有机凝胶因子合成与凝胶行为的研究为制备具有特异性功能的凝胶提供了指导性方法。本研究合成制备出一种基于邻苯二胺双希夫碱凝胶因子,并进行了一系列凝胶行为研究。实验发现,该凝胶因子可以与丙酮和乙腈溶剂自组装形成具有热稳定性的凝胶;红外光谱表明,凝胶在形成过程中产生了氢键;紫外光谱、X射线衍射结果表明,л-л堆积作用提供了凝胶形成的自组装驱动力;扫描电镜图显示,该凝胶为片层状结构;金属离子响应性测试发现,该凝胶因子对Al^(3+)具有响应性。该凝胶因子可作为具有刺激响应性的新型软材料。 The synthesis of new organic gel factors and the study of gel behavior have provided a guiding method for preparing gels with specific functions.In this study,a gel factor based on O-phenylenediamine Bis-Schiff base is synthesized and a series of gel behavior studies are conducted.Experiments have found that the gel factor can form a thermally stable gel by self-assembling with acetone and acetonitrile solvents.Infrared spectroscopy shows that hydrogen bonds are generated during the formation of the gel.UV spectroscopy and XRD results indicate thatл-лaccumulation effects are the driving force for self-assembly of gel formation.Scanning electron micrographs reveal lamellar structure of the gel.The metal ion responsiveness test suggests that the gel factor is responsive to Al^(3+).Therefore,the gel factor can be employed as a new soft material with stimulus responsiveness.
