摘要
传统的自动电压控制方法仅考虑当前电压的无功优化问题,而未考虑电网在一段时间内可能的变化趋势,造成无功补偿设备动作频繁,影响电力系统的稳定运行模式。为此,本文提出了一种无功优化控制方法,从日前鲁棒计划、日内动态优化以及实时动态控制3个方面对控制方法的基本架构进行说明,建立了多时间维度的无功优化控制模型,并考虑系统的网损以及电压稳定性确定控制方法的优化目标。最后,通过14节点算例对本文所提控制方法的鲁棒性和有效性进行仿真验证,结果表明本文所提策略在实现无功电压精细化调节方面的作用。
The traditional automatic voltage control method does not consider the possible variation trend of the power grid in a period of time,but only the reactive power optimization of the current voltage,which results in frequent operation of reactive power compensation equipment and affects stable operation mode of power system.For this purpose,a kind of reactive power optimization control method is proposed in this paper and the basic framework of the control method is described from such three aspects as day ahead robust planning,intra day dynamic optimization and real-time dynamic control.The multi-time dimensional reactive power optimization control model is set up and the optimization objective of the control method is determined by considering the network loss and voltage stability of the system.Finally,the robustness and effectiveness of the control method proposed in this paper are simulated and verified by IEEE 14 node example.The result shows the fuanction of the strategy proposed in this paper in achieving fine adjustment aspect of reactive voltage.
