摘要 本文介绍了自动电压控制(AVC)在大型核电厂中的应用情况,从系统原理、系统结构、无功分配原则、子站调节策略以及逻辑闭锁等方面详细阐述了AVC在电厂中的工作原理。根据大型核电厂的特殊情况,分析了AVC在实际运行过程中存在的问题,针对AVC与自动励磁调节器(AVR)定值配合问题,采取了修改AVC定值的措施;针对母线电压异常不触发报警以及后台控制逻辑中缺少数据不刷新闭锁的问题,采取了在AVC后台增加相关控制逻辑的措施;针对频繁触发集散控制系统(DCS)增磁闭锁报警问题,提出了修改DCS逻辑的措施。通过对AVC运用的总结与存在问题的解决,提高了AVC系统的可靠性和稳定性,为电力系统的安全稳定运行提供了保障,同时为同类型核电厂提供宝贵的运行经验。 In this paper,the application of automatic voltage control(AVC)in large-scale nuclear power plant is introduced.The working principle of AVC in power plant is described in detail from such aspects as system principle,system structure,reactive power distribution principle,substation adjustment strategy and logic locking etc.According to the special situation of large nuclear power plant,the problems of AVC in the actual operation process are analyzed.In view of the issue of matching the AVC with the automatic excitation regulator(AVR),the measures to modify the AVC setting have been taken as for the problem of non-triggering alarm due to abnormal bus bar voltage and of the lack of data lock without refresh in the background control logic,the measures on adding related control logic in AVC background are adopted.In view of such issue as frequently triggering DCS magnetic latching alarm,the measures to modify the DCS logic are proposed.Both reliability and stability of AVC system are improved through the summarization of AVC application and and solution to the existed problems,which provide assurance for safe and stable operation of power system and,at the same time,provide valuable operation experience for the same type of nuclear power plant.
