基于“两网”融合的海岛能源互联网规划研究 被引量:7

摘要 海岛作为海洋资源开发的重要平台,由于远离大陆,受到资源补给的限制而难以得到充分发展,其中能源供给问题更是重中之重;目前近海岛屿的供电主要是依靠海底电缆输电线路和备用柴油发电机,存在设备投资多、故障查找修复时间长、运行维护成本高等不足,并且对环境的影响较为严重,因而急需更为环保高效可靠的供能方式来支撑海岛经济社会发展,另外国家能源转型发展的新战略也要求构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系。在这种形势下,本文以浙江台州大陈岛为例,开展基于智能电网与电力物联网融合发展的绿色能源互联网规划研究和实践,深入分析其规划思路、方法,针对岛上资源和电网现状,考虑储能配置和分布式能源接入,结合电网规划和电力物联网规划,以100%绿色供电为目标,开展大陈岛能源互联网规划设计,研究成果可为我国众多海岛区域的电力能源发展提供参考借鉴。 Island,as an important platform for the development of marine resources,is hard to be fully developed since it is far away from mainland and the resource supply is limited with the supply of energy in particular.At present,the electricity to offshore island mainly relies on the transmission line of submarine cable and standby diesel generator,which not only has such shortcomings as high investment in equipment,long troule shooting and repair time as well as high operation and maintenance cost etc,but also causes serious influence on the environment.Therefore,it is urgently necessary to need environmentally efficient and reliable power supply mode to support the economic and social development of the island.Moreover,the new strategy of national energy transformation and development also requires the construction of a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system.In this situation,the Dachen Island in Taizhou of Zhejiang is taken as an example so to carry out the research and practice of green energy internet planning based on the integrated development of smart grid and power internet of things and deeply analyze its planning ideas and methods.In view of resources and grid status in the island,the the planning design of energy internet of Dachen Island is carried out with consideration of the energy storage configuration and access of distributed energy and with combination of grid planning and electric internet of things planning as well as with the 100%green power supply as target.The study result can provide reference for the development of electric energy in island areas of China.
