粉盐离心机挂壁问题的解决方法探讨

A Brief Analysis of the Solution to the Wall Hanging Problem of Powder Salt

文章通过对收洗盐一体化设备在试验中发现的问题进行分析,先后提出了气吹法清理粉盐挂壁、加装氧化镁陶瓷增加表面粗糙度降低粉盐挂壁现象,以及加装离心机喷淋对粉盐进行喷射,降低粉盐挂壁现象。最后决定利用加装离心机喷淋装置进行处理,经过试验,离心机加装喷淋装置在经济、盐质方面成效显著。

Through the analysis of the problems found in the test of the salt collecting and washing integrated equipment,this article put forward the air blowing method to clean the wall hanging phenomenon of powder salt,adding magnesia ceramics to increase the surface roughness and reduce the wall hanging phenomenon of powder salt,and adding centrifuge spray to spray powder salt to reduce the wall hanging phenomenon of powder salt.Finally,through the cost analysis and feasibility analysis,it is decided to use the additive centrifuge spray device is installed for treatment.Through the test,the centrifuge spray device has significant effect in economy and salt quality.Through this test,it can be promoted to solve the problem of hanging on the wall of centrifuge.
