摘要
实现海上稠油热采较为重要的平台工艺是锅炉水处理。文章通过研究比选,选择了海水作为锅炉水处理水源。针对注汽锅炉对进炉水质的严苛要求,研究海水预处理工艺、脱盐软化工艺、深度除氧工艺,从而研发一套适合海洋平台稠油热采开发的锅炉水处理工艺,该工艺可制取电导率小于0.1 uS/cm的高纯水,水中含氧小于7μg/L,从而保证锅炉产生高干度蒸汽、确保稠油产能。其成功实践对我国海上稠油热采开发的不断推进和应用具有重要借鉴意义。
Boiler feed water treatment is an important offshore oil platform process for offshore heavy oil thermal recovery.Select seawater as source of boiler feed water treatment with study and comparison.In view of the strict feed water quality index of steam boiler,studying seawater pretreatment process,demineralization process,deep deaeration process.Then researched and developed a comprehensive boiler feed water treatment process for offshore oil platform heavy oil thermal recovery.Adopt these processes,the product water conductivity less than 0.1 uS/cm,oxygen content less than 7μg/L,to ensure that boiler can produce high dryness steam and heavy oil production.The successful practice of boiler feed water treatment process has important reference significance for the promotion and application of offshore oil platform heavy oil thermal recovery in China.
