论民族文化资源开发利用的原则和模式

The Argumentation over the Principles and the Patterns of the Development and Utilization of National Culture Resources

民族文化是一个民族集体历史记忆的积淀结晶,是一个民族赖以生存的精神基础,是保障其绵延发展的不竭动力。民族文化资源因其独特性、丰富性、多样性,而具有极高的文化产业价值。民族文化资源的开发利用,既可增强民族文化认同、文化自觉和文化自信,又可有效转化为文化资本,推动区域和民族经济社会发展。本文基于对民族文化资源概念、价值意义、开发原则的诠释,提出民族文化资源的几种开发模式,并阐明开发实践中存在的问题、解决的方法和给予的启示。

National culture is the product of collective historical memory of a nation, the spiritual foundation for survival of a nation, and the inexhaustible driving force for consistent development of a nation. National culture resources have extremely high cultural industrial values due to their uniqueness, richness, and diversity. Developing and utilizing national culture resources can enhance national culture identity, cultural awareness, and cultural confidence, and meanwhile effectively transform such resources into cultural capital to promote regional and national economic and social development. Based on explanation for concept, value, significance, and development principle of national culture resources, this paper describes a few development models for national culture resources, and clarifies the problems and their solutions and enlightenments identified in development practice.
