摘要 本文对2018年江苏省医疗损害责任审判案件作统计学分析,由此了解涉诉医疗纠纷之特征及侵权原因,进而探讨医疗纠纷预防与解决的措施。 This paper makes a statistical analysis on the medical liability trials in Jiangsu Province in 2018,so as to understand the characteristics infringement causes of medical disputes,then discusses the measures for the prevention and resolution of medical disputes.
