依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床效果

Clinical effect of enalapril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly hypertension

目的观察依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的效果。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月于云南省宣威市第一人民医院内科治疗的高血压患者84例,利用数字随机分配法分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。观察组采用依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗,对照组应用氨氯地平治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后血压、生活质量评分及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.62%)明显高于对照组(76.19%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.473,P=0.004)。与治疗前比较,治疗后,2组收缩压、舒张压水平均明显降低,生活质量评分均明显升高,且观察组优于对照组(P <0.01)。观察组不良反应总发生率为2.38%低于对照组的26.19%(χ^(2)=9.722,P=0.002)。结论依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压效果显著,能有效稳定患者的血压水平,改善患者的生活质量,且安全性高。

Objective To observe the effect of enalapril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly hypertension. Methods 84 hypertensive patients who were treated in Department of Internal Medicine,the First People’ s Hospital of Xuanwei,Yunnan Province from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by number random allocation method,42 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with enalapril combined with amlodipine,and the control group were treated with amlodipine.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure before and after treatment,quality of life scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group( 97. 62%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 76. 19%),and the difference was statistically significant( χ^(2)= 8. 473,P = 0. 004). After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the quality of life scores were significantly increased,and the observation group was better than the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Enalapril combined with amlodipine has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly hypertension,can effectively stabilize the blood pressure level of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety.
