处方点评对中药临床合理应用的促进作用

The promoting effect of prescription comments on the rational clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine

目的分析处方点评对中药临床合理应用的促进作用。方法回顾性随机抽查甘肃省定西市中医院2017、2018、2019年7-12月门诊中药饮片处方1 800张(每月抽取100张)、2019年7月-2020年4月门诊中成药处方1 000张(每月抽取100张),对处方进行点评分析,总结不合理类型。结果中药饮片处方不合理率由2017年的26.00%下降至2019年的9.17%。中成药处方不合理率由2019年7月的30.00%下降至2020年4月的15.00%。中医证型、特殊煎法、处方书写等不合理处方问题亦逐渐减少。结论中药处方点评制度的实施可有效提高中药处方质量,对促进中药的临床合理应用具有积极作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of prescription reviews on the rational clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 1 800 prescriptions( 100 prescriptions per month) of Chinese herbal pieces in Dingxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Gansu Province,from July to December 2017,2018,2019 were retrospective and random selected,and 1 000 prescriptions( 100 prescriptions per month) of proprietary Chinese medicine from July 2019 to April 2020 were retrospectiveily selected,and commented and analyzed the prescriptions,and summarized the unreasonable types.Results The proportion of unqualified prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine dropped from 26. 00% in 2017 to 9. 17% in2019. The rate of unreasonable prescription of proprietary Chinese medicine dropped from 30. 00% in July 2019 to 15. 00% in April 2020. Non-standard problems such as TCM syndrome type,special decoction method and prescription writing are also gradually reduced. Conclusion The implementation of TCM prescription review system can effectively improve the quality of TCM prescription in the hospital and promote the rational clinical application of TCM in tje hospital.
