冀北山区四种木材涂饰性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究以白桦、黑桦、山杨、油松四种木材为材料,对不同预处理后四种木材的涂饰性能进行了测试分析。结果表明,相同处理相同涂料涂饰工艺条件下,四种木材中黑桦的涂饰性能最好,油松的涂饰性能最差;同树种相同涂料涂饰条件,不同处理方式下,预处理过的木材的漆膜附着力都明显高于素材,并且热空气处理比水煮处理后的涂饰性能要好;相同树种相同处理方式下三种漆对比,预处理后,黑桦、白桦和山杨都是醇酸漆的涂饰性能最好;而油松是硝基漆的涂饰性能最好,均达到Ⅰ级。 This study with birch,black birch,aspen,pinus tabulaeformis four kind of wood for the material,after pretreatment with different four wood coating properties were studied.The results show that the same processing under the condition of same coating finish,four black birch in wood coating performance is best,worst finishing performance of pinus tabulaeformis;Under the same tree species and the same coating conditions and different treatment methods,the adhesion of paint film of pretreated wood is obviously higher than that of material,and the coating performance of hot air treatment is better than that of water treatment;Under the same tree species handling three kinds of paint,after pretreatment,black birch,aspen and birch is alkyd paint coating performance is best;And pinus tabulaeformis are the lacquer coating properties,achievesⅠlevel.
