随着我国制药产业的不断转型升级和快速发展,对适应社会需求的制药工程人才培养提出了更高的要求。为提升制药工程专业建设水平和人才培养质量,以社会需求为导向,对牡丹江医学院制药工程专业人才培养模式、课程体系、实践教学、教学方法和手段等方面进行改革与探索,培养具有较强创新精神和实践能力的高素质制药工程应用型人才,服务于地方经济社会发展需求。

With the continuous upgrading of the pharmaceutical industry,higher require-ments are put forward for the talent cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering speciality.In order to improve construction level and quality of talent cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering spe-ciality,reform and exploration,oriented by social requirements,are carried out in terms of talent cultivation mode,curriculum system,practice experience and teaching methods of pharmaceutical engineering speciality in Mudanjiang Medical University,so as to cultivate applied talents with strong innovative spirit,practical ability as well as high quality,and serve the local economic and social development.
