苏格拉底教学法在神经病学规范化培训中的探索

摘要 目的探讨苏格拉底教学法在神经病学住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法将58名神经病学规范化培训住院医师随机分为对照组和实验组,分别采用传统模式教学法和苏格拉底教学法实施教学,比较两组规范化培训学员的考试成绩,评价苏格拉底教学法的教学效果。结果实验组规范化培训学员的成绩在基础理论(87.5±5.3 vs.84.5±4.7;t=2.290,P=0.026)和基本技能(89.2±5.3 vs.86.7±4.0;t=2.023,P=0.048)两方面均高于对照组。结论苏格拉底教学法可以有效地提高神经病学规范化培训教学效果。 Objective To explore the effect of Socratic teaching method in the Neurological residents'standardized training.Methods A total of 58 neurologic residents who were in the stan-dardized training were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with traditional teaching method and Socratic teaching method adopted in each group.Then,test scores of the two groups were compared to evaluate the teaching effect of Socratic teaching me-thod.Result The scores of both basic theory(87.5±5.3 vs.84.5±4.7;t=2.29,P=0.026)and basic skill(89.2±5.3 vs.86.7±4.0;t=2.023,P=0.048)of the residents in the experimental group were higher than those in the traditional teaching mode group.Conclusion Socratic teach-ing method can effectively improve the standardized training effect of neurology.
