基于修正钻石模型的地方农业特色产业研究

借鉴波特“钻石理论模型”,在实践中进行修正分析,致力于提升地方农业特色产业竞争力。文章以广东省英德市茶产业发展的案例,运用修正钻石理论模型就生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持产业、企业战略、结构与竞争、政府力量、机会六方面深入剖析英德市茶产业发展的相关要素,并为英德市茶产业竞争力的提高提出建议。
