摘要
2020年新冠肺炎疫情在全球蔓延,引发各方对世界粮食安全问题的担忧和高度关注。文章从粮食安全保供、节粮减损、粮食绿色物流、粮食物流信息化与智慧物流,以及“一带一路”粮食物流和供应链等方面回顾了2020年中国粮食物流的发展历程。展望2021年,粮食安全物流的监管服务保障、粮食现代物流专业人才培养与供应链物流风险防范体系建设将是中国粮食物流行业的工作重点。
The COVID-19 epidemic will spread around the world in 2020,causing concern and high attention to the issue of world food security.This paper reviews the development course of China's grain logistics in 2020 from the aspects of grain security guarantee and supply,grain saving and loss reduction,grain green logistics,grain logistics informatization and intelligent logistics,as well as"One Belt And One Road"grain logistics and supply chain.Looking forward to 2021,the supervision and service guarantee of food security logistics,the training of modern food logistics professionals and the construction of supply chain logistics risk prevention system will be the focus of the work of China's food logistics industry.
