摘要
在全装配式粮仓结构体系中,仓顶板受力性能十分复杂。文章针对最小截面刚度法、折线变形法以及共轭法三种仓顶横板向刚度理论计算方法进行探讨,基于现有试验结果进行验证,并对敏感性因素进行参数分析。结果表明:三种弯曲刚度计算方法均适用于全装配式仓顶结构横板向刚度计算,结果偏于保守,具有安全储备;共轭法较前两种刚度计算方法更加精确,理论计算值与试验值更为接近;全装配式仓顶结构横板向刚度与裂缝的数量和连接件的数量有关,板缝越多预制板的刚度越小,连接件越多预制板刚度越大。
In the fully assembled granary structure system,the force performance of the silo roof is very complicated.In this paper,three theoretical calculation methods of the transverse slab stiffness of the roof of the warehouse,namely the minimum section stiffness method,the broken-line deformation method and the conjugate method,are discussed,verified based on the existing test results,and the sensitivity factors are analyzed.The results show that the three bending stiffness calculation methods are all suitable for the calculation of the transverse slab stiffness of the fully assembled silo roof structure,and the results are conservative and have safety reserves;the conjugate method is more accurate than the first two stiffness calculation methods,and the theoretical calculation value is less than The test values are closer;the transverse rigidity of the fully assembled warehouse roof structure is related to the number of cracks and the number of connectors.The more plate seams,the lower the rigidity of the prefabricated panel,and the more connectors the greater the rigidity of the prefabricated panel.
