摘要
以晋能控股煤业集团王家岭煤矿18104工作面胶带顺槽为研究对象,进行快速掘进及巷道支护技术的研究。基于18104工作面胶带顺槽的地质条件,对影响快速掘进的因素进行了分析,并提供了针对性的优化改进措施。实践应用效果表明,改进后的快速掘进及支护技术能有效保障巷道围岩的稳定性,每月提高进尺500 m,为企业创造了较好的安全效益和经济效益。
Taking belt roadway at 18104 working face in Wangjialing Coal Mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group as the research object,the research on quick tunneling and roadway support technology was carried out.Based on the geological conditions of the belt roadway at 18104 working face,the factors affecting the quick tunneling were analyzed,and targeted optimization and improvement measures were provided in this paper.Practical application results show that the improved quick tunneling and support technology can effectively guarantee the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway,increase the footage by 500 m per month,and create better safety and economic benefits for the enterprise.
