井下泵房自动化排水系统优化探究

摘要 井下泵房作为井下排水作业的核心系统,其作业效率及质量对整个矿井生产安全和综合效益有着直接影响。结合具体工程实际,在开展井下泵房自动化排水系统构建分析的基础上,从硬件构成、软件构成及组态软件设计三方面对井下泵房自动化排水系统的优化做出全面分析,希望能为其他矿井泵房自动化排水系统的构建提供借鉴和参考。 As the core system of underground drainage operation,the operation efficiency and quality of underground pump house have a direct impact on the production safety and comprehensive benefits of the whole mine.Combined with specific engineering practice,based on the analysis of the construction of automatic drainage system of underground pump house,this paper made a comprehensive analysis of the optimization of automatic drainage system of underground pump house from three aspects of hardware composition,software composition and configuration software design,hoping to provide reference for the construction of the automatic drainage system of other mine pump houses.
