摘要
当前,中国特厚煤层综放工作面在开采过程中存在两端头不放煤或顶煤放煤量很少的问题,这将会造成巨大的煤炭损失,大约占到煤炭总损失量的7%。另外,两端头不放煤或放少量的煤还会造成采空区顶板较难垮落,悬顶面积过大的问题,存在一定的安全隐患。针对斜沟煤矿23114综采放顶煤工作面,采用理论分析与工程应用等方法,研究了特厚煤层综放工作面两端头加强放煤后对煤炭资源回采率以及采空区垮落状况的影响。研究表明,加强对两端头的放煤能够有效提高煤炭资源的回采率,加快采空区顶板的垮落速度,减小悬顶面积,减少安全隐患,进而提高煤炭开采过程中的安全性。
At present,in the mining process of fully mechanized top coal caving face in ultra-thick coal seam in China,there is a problem of no coal caving or a small amount of top coal caving at both ends.This will cause huge coal losses,approximately accounting for 7%of the total coal loss amount.In addition,the problem will cause the roof of the goaf to be more difficult to collapse,and the suspended roof area is too large,which poses certain safety hazards.Combined with the 23114 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Xiegou Coal Mine,this paper used theoretical analysis and engineering application methods to study the impact of strengthening the coal caving at both ends of the fully mechanized top coal caving face in extra-thick coal seam on recovery rate of coal resources and the collapse of the goaf.Studies have shown that strengthening coal caving at both ends can effectively increase the recovery rate of coal resources,speed up the collapse of the roof of the goaf,reduce the suspended roof area,reduce safety hazards,and improve the safety of coal mining.
