摘要 针对矿井中央泵房排水工作的现状和控制系统升级改造需求,对智能化控制系统的总体方案、软件程序、工作流程等进行研发设计,成功研发出矿井中央泵房集控系统并进行实践应用。排水系统实现远程集控、视频联动,固定岗位无人值守,为矿井排水系统安全高效运转提供了有力保障,具有一定的推广价值。 In view of the current working status of the drainage work of the central pump room in the mine and the need for upgrading and transformation of the control system,the overall plan,software program,and work flow of the intelligent control system were developed and designed in this paper,and the central control system of the central pump room in the mine was successfully developed and implemented and was applied in practice.The drainage system can realize remote centralized control,video linkage,and unattended fixed positions,which provides a strong guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the mine drainage system,and has a certain promotion value.
