摘要 渗透显影检测技术具有良好的检验灵敏度和可靠性,应用其能够及时发现重要结构件的缺陷。将渗透显影检测技术应用于高端液压支架的维修中,检验时,设备简单、实施方便,在机械行业的发展过程中有着广阔的前景,可以为煤矿等的大型重要设备的检测提供借鉴。 The penetration development detection technology has good sensitivity and reliability,and the application of it can detect the defects of important structural parts in time.The penetration development detection technology is applied to the maintenance of high-end hydraulic support.When testing,the equipment is simple and easy to implement.It has a broad prospect in the development process of machinery industry,and can provide reference for the detection of large-scale important equipment such as coal mines.
