也谈国别和区域研究中的跨文化翻译问题

在构建人类命运共同体,积极融入“一带一路”倡议的背景下,国别和区域研究在研究对象和学科融合等方面面临重大机遇,翻译是做好该领域研究的敲门砖和垫脚石,国别和区域间的文化差异首先应该引起翻译者的高度重视,国别和区域研究的全面性、深入性、及时性和战略性方面的特征,要求在翻译实践中充分考虑国家宏观对外政策、研究对象特有的文化现象、中文的表达习惯以及必要的翻译策略等等因素。本文通过该领域的翻译实践,提出了跨文化翻译在国别和区域实践中遵循的基本原则。

In building a community with shared future for mankind and actively participating in the“One Belt and Road”initiative,Country and Regional Studies(CRS)embrace great opportunities in terms of research objects and integration of disciplines.While translation is the stepping-stone in this field of research.The cultural differences between countries and regions should be paid more attentions for translators.Given the comprehensiveness,depth,timeliness and strategic characteristics in CRS,it should be put full consideration into some factors such as national macro foreign policies,specific cultural phenomena of the research subjects,Chinese expression habits and necessary translation strategies in practice.Based on the translation practice in CRS,this paper puts forward to some basic principles in the practice of intercultural translation.
