转型背景下商务英语应用型人才培养机制研究——以广西财经学院为例

Research on the cultivation mechanisms of applied business English talents under the background of transition

在地方普通本科高校转型的背景下,如何培养高质量的应用型商务英语专业人才成为高校亟待解决的问题。在综述现有文献的基础上,指出当前商务英语专业培养机制存在的六个关键问题:交叉融合度不高,差异化培养机制尚未建立,外向型培养环境尚未建立,对教研结合的重视程度不够,缺乏人才培养的质量监督与评估机制,校企合作有待健全。针对上述问题,结合广西财经学院的具体实际,提出优化商务英语专业培养机制的对策建议。

With thetransformation of local ordinary undergraduate universities,the wayto train high-quality applied Business English professionals has become an urgent problem.Based on the review of existing literature,this article points out six key problems in the current Business English professional training mechanism:the low degree of cross integration,not yet establishedoutward training environment and differentialtraining modes,the lack of quality supervision and evaluation mechanism for talent training,the neglected combination of teaching and research,the imperfect School-Enterprise cooperation.In response to the above problems,this papercombines with the specific reality of Guangxi University of Finance and Economics,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the training mechanisms for Business English.
