光照角度对太阳能电池特性影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 简要介绍了太阳能电池特性实验的原理及实验内容。为了探究光照角度对太阳能电池特性的影响,对传统的太阳能电池特性测量实验进行了改进,使得照射光源的角度及太阳能电池板的倾角可调,并从二维层面研究了光照角度对太阳能电池输出特性的影响,得出了输出功率与角度的二维关系曲线。 The principle and content of solar battery characteristic experiment were briefly introduced.In order to explore the effect of light angle on the solar cell properties,the traditional experimental devices of solar battery characteristics measurement experiment was improved,making the incidence angle of the light source and the dip angle of the solar panel adjustable.The influence of light angle on the characteristics of solar battery were studied from the two-dimensional level,and two-dimensional relationships between output power and angle were obtained.
