白犀牛皮肤感染病例的诊治 被引量:1

摘要 1发病情况患病动物为成年白犀牛,雌性,2岁,饲养在哈尔滨北方森林动物园。2019年3月,饲养人员发现该犀牛右肩胛骨前部皮肤出现破溃,之后上报给园例中一种感染鼻腔,另一种感染肺脏。这一情况提示我们,临床中对于疑似链球菌感染的病例,应对肺脏、鼻腔、关节腔、大脑及小脑进行分开采样、分离、培养、鉴定,防止多种链球菌感染时漏检,不同的链球菌药物敏感性可能不同,所以选用的治疗药物可能也不同。链球菌的感染通常为呼吸道感染及外伤感染,呼吸道感染途径为口鼻的接触传播和短距离空气传播,外伤感染途径为剪牙、断尾、断脐、四肢外伤、不洁的肌肉注射等方式。临床剖检时应予以关注,尝试找出主要感染途径。链球菌血清型和基因型的检测有利于疾病进程的追踪,当再次发病时可确定是否为新菌种感染,还是原菌种发生了耐药变异。病毒的测序也有相同作用,可在分析毒株致病性的同时追踪疾病进展。
