车内噪声主动控制系统次级声源布置分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了有效提升车内噪声主动控制系统的效果,研究次级声源设备布置对降噪效果的影响。运用ANSYS软件对驾驶室模型进行声学仿真分析,得出其各阶声模态图以及声频率为230 Hz时驾驶室内的声压云图;搭建了以滤波x最小均方(filtered x Least mean square,FxLMS)算法为基础的自适应噪声主动控制试验平台,将仿真结果与实车环境结合,对比分析了不同设备布置下的降噪效果。试验结果表明,不同的设备布置对噪声降低值、效果稳定性等有着显著影响,并得出了4种布置方式中降噪效果最佳的方案,实现最大15 dB的降噪幅值。研究结论可为实车主动降噪系统中次级声源的布置提供参考。 In order to effectively improve the effect of active noise control system in the vehicle,the study probed into the influence of equipment layout of secondary sound sources on noise reduction effect.By applying the ANSYS software,the study carried out acoustic simulation analysis of the cab model,and obtained the acoustic mode diagram of each order and the sound pressure cloud diagram of the cab when the sound frequency being 230 Hz.It established an adaptive noise active control test platform based on the filtered x least mean square(FxLMS)algorithm.The test results show that different equipment layouts have significant influence on noise reduction value,effect stability,etc,and among four layout modes the optimal scheme of noise reduction effect is obtained to achieve the maximum noise reduction of 15 dB.The results of the study provide a reference for the layout of secondary sound sources in the active noise control system of the real vehicle.
