摘要
通过分析某有色金属公司20万t/a锌冶炼熔铸锌浮渣及粉尘含锌高量的原因,认为现有工艺配备的直线振动筛筛网目数小,筛分过程中部分锌颗粒进入粉尘内无法回收,导致粉尘含锌量高。因此,增加16目和35目的直线振动筛,对原有的1~#和2~#振动筛的筛下物进行多级筛分。工艺流程改造有效降低锌浮渣处理工艺粉尘含锌量,获得了较好的经济效益。
By analyzing the causes of high zinc content of zinc dross and dust in a non-ferrous metal company’s 200000 t/a zinc smelting,it was considered that the number of linear vibrating screen mesh equipped with the existing process was small,and some zinc particles entered dust during the screening process,resulting in high zinc content in dust.Therefore,adding 16 mesh and 35 mesh linear vibrating screen to sort the product of old 1~#and 2~#vibrating screen.By multistage screening,the technological process transformation effectively reduced the zinc content of zinc dross dust and obtained better economic benefits.
