Exploration of theory of heart and small intestine being interior-exteriorly related and its application in TCM syndrome and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease

炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)主要包括溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)和克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD),是一种累及胃肠道的慢性非特异性炎症性疾病,反复发作,缠绵难愈,根据其临床表现的不同,隶属于祖国医学中"泄泻""痢疾""肠澼"等范畴[1-2]。流行病学调查显示,IBD发病率在全球范围内呈逐年上升趋势[3-4]。目前IBD的病因及发病机制尚未明确,考虑与遗传、环境因素、肠道菌群和宿主免疫系统相互作用相关[5]。
