依据IEC 60099-4标准的避雷器型式试验若干问题的探讨

摘要 随着我国避雷器制造商生产水平和市场竞争力的不断增强,避雷器产品国际市场占有率不断提高,依照IEC 60099-4:2014进行型式试验的需求不断攀升。由于新国标GB/T 11032-2020的修改采用了IEC 60099-4:2014,GB/T 11032-2020相对于GB/T 11032-2010有了相当大的变化,包括避雷器分类的变化、试验方法的变化、试验参数的变化、试品要求的变化、试验结果的判断等。笔者论述了在依据IEC 60099-4:2014和GB/T 11032-2020标准进行试验时制造商在参数选择、试品制备等方面存在的问题,列举了典型的案例,分析了试验过程中存在的问题。本分析将对制造商在依据IEC 60099-4:2014和新国标GB/T 11032-2020进行试验时起到指导作用。 With the strengthen increasing of production level and market competitiveness of surge arrester manufacturers in China,and the strengthen increasing of international market share of arrester products,the demand of type tests according to IEC 60099-4: 2014 is increasing. Because of the new National Standard GB/T 11032-2020 is revised based on the IEC 60099-4: 2014,there has been a considerable change between GB/T 11032-2020 and GB/T 11032-2010,includes the change of arrester classification,test method,test parameters,test object requirements and test result judgment,etc. This paper describes the problems existing in the tests according to IEC standards,typical example is given,and the problems existing in the test process were analyzed. The analysis of this paper will be helpful to the manufacturers when they carry out the test according to IEC and new National Standard.
