胶浸纸浸油式套管的色谱异常原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 目前通过溶解气体分析(DGA)诊断油浸纸套管内部缺陷已经比较成熟。对于胶浸纸浸油式套管,浸泡胶浸纸材料的绝缘油分解产物与油浸纸绝缘系统缺陷产生的油分解产物有所差异,能否直接采用油纸绝缘系统的DGA分析法判断内部缺陷的类型和程度有待研究。笔者以一起220 kV胶浸纸浸油式套管油色谱异常案例为例,分析了胶浸纸浸油系统中绝缘油色谱的特点及油色谱异常的原因,可作为该类型套管故障诊断的参考判断依据。 It is mature to diagnose the internal defects of oil-immersed paper bushing by dissolved gas analysis(DGA).For the oil-immersed resin-impregnated paper bushing,the oil decomposition products of the resin-impregnated paper material are different from those of the oil-impregnated paper insulation system.Whether the DGA analysis of the oil-impregnated paper insulation system can be used directly to determine the type and degree of the internal defects remains to be studied.Taking a case of abnormal chromatogram of 220 kV oil-impregnated resin-impregnated paper bushing as an example,the characteristics of insulating oil chromatogram in resin-impregnated paper-immersed oil system are analyzed,and the causes of abnormal oil chromatogram are analyzed,which can be used as a reference basis for fault diagnosis of this type of casing oil.
