一种文丘里管式微差压通风流量传感器的设计

摘要 采用流量计中应用最广泛的差压流量计方式,设计一种文丘里管式通风流量传感器,以满足实际应用中对流量传感器的使用需求。根据其实际使用环境,设计文丘里管截面Ⅰ直径为40 mm,截面Ⅱ直径为25 mm,在流经文丘里管流体流量为满量程400 L/min时,通过有限元流体分析及实际文丘里管的标定,验证设计的正确性,相对误差约为2.22%。根据有限元分析得到的文丘里管设计参数,配套相应的微差压传感器,获得一种文丘里管式微差压通风流量传感器,经过第三方检测机构标定,该传感器的精度约为0.87%FS,满足实际工程的使用需求。 The research uses the most widely differential pressure flow meter in current flow meters,and designs a Venturi tube ventilation flow sensor to solve the demand for flow sensors in the practical application.According to its actual use environment,the design of Venturi tube cross-section I.diameter is 40mm,section II.diameter is 25mm,and tube fluid in the flow of scripture Venturi is a full range of 400 L/min.Through finite fluid analysis and the calibration of the actual Venturi tube,the correctness of Venturi tube design is verified,and the relative error is about 2.22%.According to the design parameters of Venturi tube obtained by finite element analysis,the corresponding differential pressure sensor is matched,a Venturi tube differential pressure ventilation flow sensor is obtained,and the accuracy of the sensor is estimated by a third-party detection mechanism,which is about 0.87%FS,and meets the needs of practical engineering.
