优质护理干预对脊髓损伤伴截瘫患者膀胱功能恢复效果研究

Research of High Quality Nursing Intervention on the Bladder Functional Recovery Effect of Patients with Spinal Cord Injury with Paraplegia

分析优质护理干预对脊髓损伤伴截瘫患者膀胱功能恢复的效果。选取30例脊髓损伤伴截瘫患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各15例。常规组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果表明,观察组膀胱功能恢复优良率、留置尿管时间和尿路感染发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。给予脊髓损伤伴截瘫患者优质护理,能够有效恢复脊髓损伤伴截瘫患者的膀胱功能,显著降低患者发生尿路感染概率,有助于改善患者预后。

The research analyzes the high quality nursing intervention on the bladder functional recovery effect of patients with spinal cord injury with paraplegia.30 patients with spinal cord injury with paraplegia are regarded as the research objects,and they are divided into control group and observation group,with 15 patients in each group.Control group receive routine nursing,and observation group receive high quality nursing.The nursing effect of two groups is compared.The results show that the bladder functional recovery rate,catheter indwelling time and urinary tract infection occurrence of the observation group are significantly better than control group(P<0.05).High quality nursing intervention on patients with spinal cord injury with paraplegia can effectively recover the bladder function of patients with spinal cord injury with paraplegia.It can significantly reduce the probability of urinary tract infection,and it is beneficial to improve patients prognosis.
