液基薄层细胞学检查在妇科宫颈细胞学筛查中的应用价值

Application Value of Liquid Based Thin-layer Cytology Test in Cervical Cytological Screening

探讨液基薄层细胞学(TCT)检查在妇科宫颈细胞学筛查中的应用价值。选取84例患者为研究对象,辅助患者依次完成TCT检查、病理学检查。以病理学检查结果为标准,分析TCT检查的实际应用价值。TCT检出炎症患者41例,宫颈上皮瘤变患者25例,宫颈癌患者18例,准确率达100.0%。病理学检出炎症患者36例,宫颈上皮瘤变患者22例,宫颈癌患者15例,准确率达86.9%。结果表明,TCT检查的准确率显著高于病理学检出结果(P<0.05)。在妇科宫颈细胞学筛查中,采用TCT检查的准确率较高,具有显著的临床应用价值。

The research explores the application value of TCT test in cervical cytological screening.84 patients are selected as the research objects,and TCT test and pathological examination are done to assist patients.According to the standard of pathological examination results,the research analyzes the practical application value of TCT examination.Through TCT examination,there are 41 patients with inflammation,25 patients with cervical epithelial neoplasia,and 18 patients with cervical cancer.The accuracy rate is 100.0%.Through pathology examination,there are 36 patients with inflammation,22 patients with cervical epithelial neoplasia,and 15 patients with cervical cancer.The accuracy rate is 86.9%.The results show that the accuracy rate of TCT examination is higher than pathology examination(P<0.05).In the screening of gynecology department cervix uteri cytology,the accuracy rate of TCT examination is higher,with significant clinical application value.
