细节护理干预对体检者的依从率、满意度及体检耗时的影响

Influence of Detail Nursing Intervention on the Compliance,Satisfaction and Physical Examination Time-consuming of the Physical Examiner

探讨细节护理干预对体检者的依从率、满意度和体检耗时的影响。以60例体检者为研究对象,经随机数字表法平均分为对照组与研究组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规护理方式,研究组采取细节护理干预,分析两组在体检依从率、满意度、体检耗时方面的差异。研究组体检依从率为96.67%,对照组为73.33%,两组差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.41,P=0.0114)。研究组体检满意度为96.77%,对照组为70.00%,两组差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.68,P=0.0056)。研究组体检耗时和体检周期均显著短于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(t=6.248、7.666,P=0.000)。对体检者采用细节护理模式干预,可提高体检者的依从率和满意度,显著缩短体检时间。

The research explores the influence of detail nursing intervention on the compliance,satisfaction and physical examination time consuming of the physical examiner.60 physical examiners are selected as the research objects,and they are divided into control group and research group according to random number table,with 30 physical examiners in each group.The control group receive routine nursing,and research group receive detail nursing intervention.The differences of physical examination compliance,satisfaction and physical examination time-consuming of two groups are analyzed.The physical examination compliance of research group is 96.67%,and that of control group is 73.33%.There is statistically significant difference in two groups(χ2=6.41,P=0.0114).The physical examination satisfaction of research group is 96.77%,and that of control group is 70.00%.There is statistically significant difference(χ2=7.68,P=0.0056).The physical examination time-consuming and period of research group is significantly shorter than control group,and there is statistically significant difference(t=6.248 and 7.666,P=0.000).Detail nursing intervention can improve the compliance and satisfaction of the physical examiner,and shorten the physical examination time.
