摘要
分析个体化营养在妊娠期糖尿病患者治疗中的价值。本研究选取200例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为对照组与实验组,每组各100例。对照组患者行常规护理,实验组患者行个体化营养治疗,比较两组患者干预前后的血糖指标,并统计其妊娠结局。在空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)上,实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在分娩结局上,实验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,妊娠期糖尿病患者采用个体化营养治疗的效果显著。
The research analyzes the value of individualization nutrition in the treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.200 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus are selected as the research objects,and they are divided into control group and experimental group according to the treatment methods,with 100 patients in each group.Control group receive routine nursing,and experimental group receive individualization nutrition treatment.Blood glucose indexes before and after intervention of two groups are compared,and the pregnancy outcome is statistically analyzed.FBG and 2h PBG after dinner of experimental group are significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In outcome results,the experimental group is significantly better than control group(P<0.05).The results show that individualization nutrition treatment on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus has significant effect.
