煤矿采煤掘进工作中高强支护技术的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为满足社会对煤矿资源的需求,提升煤矿采掘工作效率,提供更加安全的开采环境,促进高强支护技术的应用,分析了采煤工作两种主要施工方法,即落煤方法和支护方法。应用高强支护技术可缩短开采掘进周期,提升企业经济效益,其具体应用主要有光爆锚喷网技术、联合高强支护技术、喷射混凝土支护技术。光爆锚喷网技术可对岩道的稳定性进行合理控制。联合高强度支护技术综合了锚背支护和型钢支护的优势,通过对煤矿巷道的科学管控,实现对其形态的管理,有效提高了支护强度。喷射混凝土支护技术能够在根本上解决岩层和巷道不稳定问题,及时进行加固处理,提升岩道稳定性。 In order to satisfy the demand of coal mine from the society,improve the work efficiency of coal mine,provide safer mining environment,and promote the application of high strength support technology,the research analyzes the two kinds of main construction methods of coal mining,i.e.coal and support method.The application of high strength support technology can shorten mining cycle,and improve enterprise economic benefit.Specific application mainly includes lightburst shotcrete net,alliance high strength support and concrete spraying support technology.Lightburst shotcrete net technology can rationally control the stability of the rock.Alliance high strength support technology combines the advantages of anchor back with structural steel support,achieves the morphological management through the scientific control of coal mine tunnel,and effectively improves the support strength.Concrete spraying support technology can solve the problem of the instability of the stratum and roadway radically,make consolidation handling in time,and improve the stability of the roadway.
