土地资源在城乡规划中的合理利用

Rational Utilization of Land Source in Town and Country Planning

为促进城乡规划发展,使土地资源得到合理利用,分析了土地资源主要类型,指出城乡规划中土地利用存在的问题,即地本身征用问题、土地规划不协调、土地招标拍卖虚高等。提出土地合理利用对策,应完善土地合理利用制度,开展良好的协调管理,注重统一规划管理,将土地与城乡规划相结合。

In order to promote the town and country planning development,and make rational utilization of land resources,the research analyzes the main type of land source,points out the problems of land utilization in urban and rural planning,i.e.land acquisition,discordant land planning and inflated land bidding and auction,etc.Countermeasures of rational land utilization are proposed,i.e.to perfect rational utilization system of the land,develop good coordinated management,pay attention to the unified planning and management,and combine land and town and country planning.
