紫背天葵多酚成分鉴定及抗氧化活性研究

Identification and antioxidant activity of polyphenols from Gynura bicolor DC

对紫背天葵中多酚成分进行了鉴定并测定了其抗氧化活性。优化了紫背天葵多酚的提取条件,并测定了其总酚含量为10.38 mg GAE/g。通过HPLC-QTOF-MS分析共鉴定了紫背天葵中23种化合物,包括9个多酚类和5个黄酮类化合物。羟基肉桂酰奎宁酸类,其中3-和5-对香豆酰奎宁酸是紫背天葵中最主要的多酚类化合物。以Vc为阳性对照物,采用DPPH、ABTS自由基清除率及还原力测定评价紫背天葵多酚体外抗氧化活性。

The polyphenolic components in Gynura bicolor DC were identified and their antioxidant activities were studied.The extraction conditions were optimized,and the total phenolic content was determined to be 10.38 mg GAE/g.Twenty-three compounds,including nine polyphenols and five flavonoids,in Gynura bicolor DC were identified by HPLC-QTOF-MS analysis.Hydroxycinnamoylquinic acids,especially 3-and 5-p-coumaroylquinic acids,are the most predominant polyphenolic compounds in Gynura bicolor DC.Vitamin C was used as a positive control,and DPPH,ABTS free radical scavenging rate,and reducing power assays were used to evaluate the vitro antioxidant activity of Gynura bicolor DC.
