摘要
易班作为新形势下高校开展网络思想政治教育的优质平台,在高校全面落实“三全育人”工作中发挥着重要的作用。在梳理主体间性理论及其应用于思想政治教育相关研究的基础上,对安徽省某地方高校易班平台建设现状进行调查研究,探讨和分析了当前高校“大思政”格局下易班平台建设存在着主体责任分散、队伍力量薄弱、角色定位失调等问题,提出了高校明确易班教育主体责任,强化易班工作队伍建设,着重易班双主体关注点,整合优化易班优质资源等具体实施路径。
As a high-quality platform for the ideological and political education in the network in colleges and universities,E-class plays an important role in the implementation of the work of“three comprehensive educations”.Based on the analysis of the intersubjectivity theory and its application in the ideological and political education,this paper puts forward a new idea to promote the construction of the platform of E-class in colleges and universities from the perspective of intersubjectivity theory.Through the investigation and research on the construction status of the E-class platform in a local university in Anhui Province,this paper discusses and analyzes the deep problems in the construction of the college big ideological and political education,such as the decentralization of the main responsibility,the weak force of the team and the imbalance of the role orientation.On this basis,it puts forward the clear responsibility of the subject of the education of the shift class,strengthens the construction of the working team of the shift class,and emphasizes the two main bodies of the E-class The focus is to integrate and optimize the specific implementation path of the high quality resources of the E-class,and build a great ideological and political pattern in the harmonious symbiosis between teachers and students.
