1+X制度下高职“一径三系”职业核心素养培养模式研究

Research on"One Path+Three Systems"Mode of Training Professional Core Quality under"1+X"System in Higher Vocational Education Colleges

高职学生的职业素养能力和技术技能水平融合是1+X证书制度深入实践的重要基础,也是当前解决社会“稳就业”问题的重要举措。通过构建“一径三系”的培养模式,以天津某高职院校为例进行实践层面的探索,以期实现高职学生知行合一、精益求精、独具匠心、责任担当、德艺双馨、技艺精湛六大要素的职业核心素养软技能提升。

The students with the integrated capability of professional quality and technical and skill level are the important basis of extensive practice under"1+X"certificate system in higher vocational education colleges and are also the critical measure in settlement of social problems of stabilizing employment.Through the setup of One path+Three systems mode of cultivation,it taken a higher vocational education college as an example for exploration on practice in order to realize the improvement of professional core quality of the students in higher vocational education colleges,with six elements of the unity of knowing and doing,excelsior,originality,responsibility,pursuing both professional excellence and moral integrity and exquisite craftsmanship.
