基于防止返贫的成人教育精准扶贫对象研究

Research on Targeted Poverty Alleviation of Adult Education on the basis of Poverty-returning Prevention

为服务“精准扶贫”国家战略,在成人教育扶贫过程中,深刻认识到返贫的出现及其原因,提出充分发挥成人教育防止返贫的作用,提升贫困对象摆脱贫困的意愿,改善贫困地区教育环境。以此为依据通过统计贫困地区接受继续教育意愿,整合扶贫对象教育信息,进一步对接受成人教育的贫困人口进行分类,从而实现精准确定扶贫对象。

In order to serve State strategy of Targeted poverty alleviation,it herein put forward the idea of allowing full play of adult education preventing from poverty-returning in order to stimulate the poverty objects'desire for getting rid of poverty and improving the education environment in poverty regions,because the appearing of poverty-returning and its causes has been recognized impressivelyin the course of poverty alleviation by adult education.Based on it,through the statistic made in poverty areas about the wishes to receive continuous education,it made classification of poverty people who accepted adult education in order to realize the targeted determination of poverty objects by integrated information of their education.
