农户的非认知能力对数字金融使用的影响

The Impact of Farmers'Non-cognitive Abilities on the Use of Digital Finance

数字鸿沟使数字金融在推广方面存在一定障碍,且该现象在农村更为常见,实践表明仅通过促进经济等宏观因素的发展不能实现数字金融的最大化普及,这也启示我们从农户角度探究原因。不同于常见文献从农户认知能力等视角入手,本文基于中国农业大学2018年中国农村普惠金融调查的数据,通过“大五”人格框架探讨了非认知能力对数字金融使用的影响。结果表明,非认知能力显著影响农户对数字金融的使用,其中严谨性和顺同性有显著促进作用;在男性与认知能力弱的群体中,严谨性的正向影响显著,在女性群体中,顺同性的正向影响显著。根据该结论,我们提出政策建议:机构在推广数字金融时应合理利用该正向影响,政府也应通过政策、舆论塑造农户的人格品质,促进数字金融的普及。

The digital divide has caused certain obstacles to the promotion of digital finance,and this phenomenon is more common in rural areas.Practice has shown that only by promoting the development of macroeconomic factors can not achieve the maximum popularization of digital finance,which also enlightens us from the perspective of farmers to explore the reasons.Different from the common literature starting from the perspective of farmers'cognitive abilities,this paper is based on the data from the China Agricultural University's 2018 China Rural Inclusive Finance Survey,and explores the impact of non-cognitive abilities on the use of digital finance through the"Big Five"personality framework.The results show that non-cognitive ability significantly affects the use of digital finance by farmers,in which rigor and homogeneity have a significant role in promoting.Among men and groups with weak cognitive ability,the positive impact of rigor is significant,and among women,The positive effect of homosexuality is significant.Based on this conclusion,we put forward policy recommendations:institutions should make reasonable use of this positive influence when promoting digital finance,the government should also shape the personality of farmers through policies and public opinion,and promote the popularization of digital finance.
