浅谈历史文化名村的新型文旅开发——以安徽宏村为例

On the Development of New Cultural Tourism in Famous Historical and Cultural Villages——A Case Study of Hongcun,Anhui Province

宏村,安徽省黄山市黟县宏村镇下辖行政村,不仅是徽州传统民居文化的载体,更是我国传统村落文旅开发的“先行者”。目前国内对传统村落的开发研究主要集中在村落的保护发展路径、保护效果评估、保护面临的困境等方面。对于未来宏村旅游市场的前景,国内惯用的传统文旅开发模式已不再契合其发展。如何在新形势下将宏村所代表的徽派建筑文化活化,改变传统民居景区千篇一律的发展模式,开辟出新的保护开发模式,依然是亟待解决的问题。至此,笔者结合宏村村落的开发现状和新发展时期宏村面临的实际情况提出新的文旅开发措施,如开发游戏市场、开发村落研学旅游新模式等,以此让大学生与到访游客有更多的沉浸式体验,对旅游市场进行深层次的开拓,实现新时期宏村文旅市场的长远发展。

Hongcun,an administrative village under the jurisdiction of Hongcun Town,Yixian County,Huang shan City,Anhui Province,is not only the carrier of Huizhou traditional residential culture,but also the"forerunner"of the development of Chinese traditional village culture and tourism.At present,the research on the development of traditional villages in China mainly focuses on the protection development path,the protection effect evaluation,and the difficulties faced by the protection.As for the prospect of Hongcun tourism market in the future,the traditional development mode of cultural tourism used in China is no longer suitable for its development.How to activate the Hui-style architectural culture represented by Hongcun in the new situation,change the stereotypical development mode of traditional residential scenic spots,and open up a new protection and development mode is still an urgent problem to be solved.At this point,the author combined Hong cun village development present situation with the development of new period faces the actual situation,then put forward the new text brigade development measures,such as develop game market and tourism new model village studies,to make college students and visiting tourists have more immersive experience,to deep development of the tourism market,achieve the long-term development of Hong cun in the new period.
