With the development of Internet technology,the new media platform has become an important strategic position for the work of"Three-Whole Education"in colleges and universities.This paper further interpretation of the new media era under the background of the connotation of network culture education in colleges and universities,combining with the new media of Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University's practice,explore the path of network culture education in colleges and universities.
