山东烟叶标准化生产现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasure of Tobacco Standardization Production in Shandong Province

本文分析了加强烟叶标准化工作的必要性,以及山东烟叶标准化生产现状,提出建立“标准体系、作业指导书、烟农操作手册、考核办法”四位一体的闭环式标准化运行机制,通过修订完善标准体系,编制作业指导书、烟农操作手册,加强标准宣贯和检查考核,推动了烟叶生产整体水平和烟叶质量特色提升,促进了烟农增收,并对今后的烟叶标准化生产重点工作进行了探讨。

In this article we analyze the necessity of strengthening tobacco standardization,as well as the current situation of Shandong tobacco standardization production,and proposes the establishment of a four-in-one closed-loop standardization operation mechanism of"standard system,working instructions,tobacco farmers operation manuals,and assessment methods".Through revision and improvement of the standard system,preparation of working instructions and tobacco farmers operating manuals,standard publicity and inspection and assessment can be strengthened,and the overall level of tobacco production and tobacco quality can be promoted,and tobacco farmers’income can be increased.The focus of future tobacco standardization work is discussed.
