miRNA在心房颤动发病中致心房重构作用的研究进展

摘要 微小核糖核酸(miRNA)是一类高度保守的短链非编码RNA,对心血管具有重要的调控作用,与心脏发育和再生、心脏肥大等都有关系。心房颤动是临床最常见的心律失常之一,严重影响患者的生活质量。研究表明,miRNA与心房颤动有关,miRNA通过参与心房结构重构,导致心肌纤维化;通过参与心房电重构,使心房动作电位时程及不应期缩短、心房传导速度减慢,导致心律失常的发生。 Microribonucleic acid(miRNA)is a type of highly conserved short-chain non-coding RNA,which plays a vital role in cardiovascular regulation and is related to cardiac development,regeneration and cardiac hypertrophy.Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common clinical arrhythmias,which seriously affects the quality of patients'life.Studies have shown that miRNA matters atrial fibrillation,and miRNA is involved in atrial remodeling.Myocardial fibrosis is a sign of structural remodeling in patients with atrial fibrillation.MiRNA participates in atrial structural remodeling and leads to myocardial fibrosis.By participating in atrial electrical remodeling,atrial action potential duration and refractory period are shortened,atrial conduction velocity is slowed down,leading to arrhythmia.
